The office starts issuing transcripts approximately six weeks after course completion. In order to issue the transcript correctly, course participants need to log on to their HU account and fill in the transcript request.
It can be determined here if an electronic version of the documents is acceptable or if a hard copy is also necessary.
In the latter case, course participants need to make sure to enter the address correctly. The postal address may be the course participant's home address or the home university's address. The course participants needs to identify the designated university employee or department for receiving the document if it's being sent to the university. Addresses must be formatted as seen on envelopes.

The transferability of credits gained at the Humboldt-Universität is determined by the students’ home university. Students should consult their home university about credit transferability before registration.
